A bilingual psychotherapist based in New York City
I have experience supporting neurodivergent and queer young adults. I can support you through life transitions, like taking a new step in your romantic relationship, living on your own for the first time, or changing jobs. We can figure out what it means to be authentically you - no matter the setting.
I offer virtual individual and couples therapy in English, Spanish, and “Spanglish.” I know how important it is to feel understood and how frustrating it can be to feel misunderstood, especially by our loved ones. Let me help you slow down and ground yourself in your body when your emotions feel too big. Let me work with you and your partner to help you both feel more comfortable sharing your needs, listening to understand each other (not to respond), and establishing healthy boundaries.
Education
Master of Social Work, Silver School of Social Work at New York University

Therapy in English, Spanish, and “Spanglish”
I believe in the importance of expressing ourselves honestly and in the language that feels most natural. We can stick with one or switch from one to another throughout the process. Therapy works best when you can be you in sessions.
LGBTQ-Affirming
Our gender and sexuality is personal and unique. Let’s welcome all of the different parts of your identity into this space, even those parts that might not yet be familiar to you. Therapy with a queer lens means therapy that sees you for you - no unwanted labels or boxes.
Neurodivergent-Affirming
Every brain is different and I want to celebrate that. Twenty percent of us (hi!) have brain differences that affect how our brain works, creating different strengths and challenges from people whose brains don’t have those differences. There’s no right way to think, learn, or behave.
