How do I schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation?

How often will we meet and for how long?
Therapy with me is most effective when we meet consistently. I recommend starting once a week for 60 minutes.
I’m still nervous about meeting in-person because I don’t want to get sick. Can we meet virtually?
I am currently conducting all therapy sessions remotely. While I may offer in-person sessions in the future, my commitment to maintaining your safety is my top priority.
What are the current fees?
$200 for individual therapy sessions
$250 for couples therapy sessions
Do you accept health insurance?
I am an out-of network provider. If you have out-of-network benefits, you may be reimbursed for a portion of the session fee. When you contact your insurance company, ask about your behavioral health benefits, including if there is a deductible to meet before a percentage of the session fee is covered. I can provide you the proper paperwork at the end of the month to seek reimbursement from your insurance company.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please remember to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. You are responsible for the entire fee if you request to cancel or reschedule a session less than 24 hours before the scheduled time. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” that explains how much your medical care, including behavioral health care, will cost.
